Munay Group is founded by Cristina Guevara De Frint. Cristina has over 20 years of experience in leading high-performing teams across Corporate and Investment banks worldwide. Cristina’s passion for human development and social responsibility is rooted in her global experiences, having lived on three different continents. She believes in the power of personal leadership, and that when individuals transform themselves, they can positively impact their surroundings.

Cristina is an ICF accredited Executive Leadership Coach and holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence Competencies and Women’s Leadership Development from the University of Oxford. She has an MBA in Finance and Organizational Leadership from Johnson and Wales University, and post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology from Brown University.

As a philanthropist, Cristina partners with banks, NGOs, and business schools from Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and the US to foster sustainable entrepreneurship in marginalized groups. With her deep expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation, and intercultural communication, Cristina guides Munay Group’s mission to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, championing a people-centered approach in all our services.
